One register, several banks, one payment run
Most payroll systems produce one file per bank. If your people are split across three banks, that is three files, three uploads and three sets of statuses to chase, every month.

Two channels, depending on the bank
Accepted by every bank on the list
A salary register in the bank’s own format, produced from the same calculation that produced the payslips. No re-keying, and no second source of truth.
Where the bank publishes one
Cache talks to the bank directly at PrivatBank, Oschadbank, Universal Bank behind monobank, and PUMB. Status comes back without anyone opening the client-bank.
Through the platform layer
Ukrgasbank through Tieto and OTP through Open API Hub. The National Bank framework under Resolution 80 will widen this. We are not an AISP or PISP ourselves, and we will say so until we are.
If your bank is not on this list
Ukraine has around sixty banks. Ten are connected directly. For the others the register exports in the National Bank payment format and is uploaded through the client-bank you already use, which is how most companies work today anyway.
Three things we do not do yet, and will not imply otherwise: qualified electronic signature on register batches, automated reconciliation of what the bank actually credited, and card enrolment file exchange with the bank. Those stay with your finance team for now.
