1. Who these terms are with

This website, ukrpayroll.com, is operated by ТОВ «Апекс Автомотів» (APEX AV LLC), ЄДРПОУ 38030670, registered office at 33 Universytetska Street, Office 52, Cherkasy, Ukraine. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using this website.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What these terms cover, and what they do not

These terms govern your use of this website.

3. The information we publish is general, not advice

We publish a good deal of material about Ukrainian payroll and labour law: sector compliance guides, analyses of draft legislation, statutory thresholds, penalty figures and filing deadlines. We write it carefully and we date it.

It is general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own situation. We are not your lawyers or your auditors, and reading this site does not create a professional relationship between us.

Ukrainian law changes often, and during martial law it changes quickly. Figures such as the minimum wage, social contribution rates, reservation thresholds and penalty amounts are correct as at the date shown on the page and may not be correct when you read it. Draft legislation may pass, fail or change. Before acting on anything you read here, check the current position or ask us.

4. Prices shown on this site

Where we publish a price, such as the per-contractor fees on our contractor management page, that figure is indicative. It reflects our standard fee for that service at the date of publication and is exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

The binding figure is the one written into your engagement contract after we have reviewed your situation. We may change published prices at any time without notice, and a change does not affect a contract already signed.

5. Booking a call

You can book a discovery call through this site. The call is free and carries no obligation on either side.

• Please give us accurate contact details, so we can reach you.
• You can cancel or reschedule at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
• We may cancel or reschedule a call, and will tell you if we do.
• Anything discussed on the call is preliminary. It does not commit either of us to anything and does not constitute advice you should act on without confirmation in writing.

6. Our content

The text, guides, analyses, market study, design, logo and software behind this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal business use. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it in bulk, present it as your own, sell it, or use it to train a commercial model without our written permission.

APEX AV and the APEX AV mark are ours. Other names mentioned on the site, including those of software vendors and other providers, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Comparisons and references to other companies

Some pages compare our service with named competitors, or describe how particular software behaves. Those statements are based on publicly available information at the date shown, on published pricing, and in some cases on what a vendor has told us directly. We source them where we can.

Vendors change their products and their prices. If you believe something we have published about your company is inaccurate or out of date, write to us at stefan@ukrpayroll.com and we will check it and correct it where it is wrong.

8. Using the site properly

You agree not to use this site in a way that breaks the law, and in particular not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site’s availability;
• scrape or harvest the site at a rate that burdens it, or extract content in bulk for republication;
• submit false contact details, or use the booking form or contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

9. Links to other sites

We link to legislation, official registers, news reports and vendor pages so you can check what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Availability and liability for the site

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause concerns the website. Our liability under a client engagement, including the penalty guarantee, is governed by the engagement contract and is not limited by this page.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here when you use the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live continue to apply to you regardless of this clause.
