A rough headcount of employees and contractors is enough. We will not ask you to share any documents, and some of our most useful first calls started with nothing more than a whiteboard.

On the call

Questions in both directions

How many entities you carry, how many people are employed and how many are contracted, how payroll runs today and what keeps going wrong with it. Then you ask us whatever you need to, including the awkward parts.

After

A written summary

What we would do and in what order, sent to you in writing. A fixed monthly figure follows, based on what you tell us on the call. We do not need your payroll data to quote.
